Creating a new company in the payroll system
Select the Company Maintenance option of the Admin menu.
Click on the + button in the Company maintenance screen as if to add a new record.
In the screen below enter the new company name, menu name and authorisation key supplied by us and click on the confirm button. The system will now go through the process of creating the new company.
Allocating rights to users to access the new company
Select the User Accounts option in the Admin menu.
Highlight the record of the user you want to allow access to.
Select the Configure User Companies
button (The right most button in the toolbar)
Using the arrow buttons in the User Companies screen move the desired company to the window listing companies that the user can view and click on the confirm button.
