To manage the user licenses you must be a system administrator.
From the main screen, select the Administration, Application Settings. In this screen, select the Tab, Installation Settings. The system will display the number of current user licenses on the system.
The system also displays the number of remaining user licences from the Administration Menu, Create User.
Please note that the system counts the number of employees registered as web users and not as per the payroll. The system computes the total number of licences on the number of employees registered as web users and do not have a date of termination.
The system will automatically block a user from logging into the system if there is date of termination on the employee record.
